Books has always been the most affordable, highest leverage ways of learning. It’s the best way to upgrade your knowledge, feed curiosity, or help to find peace of mind for $10-15 and 6 hours of your time.
On my way from vacations in May 2019, I picked a few paperbacks in London airport to kill time, my Kindle's battery had died. The tactile feeling those books had is exactly what I was missing. I liked the feeling so much that I gobbled my way through book after book in no time.
I think I was too concerned about falling behind in the nonfiction realm, as well as living in the world where there’s always less time, more options, less focus, more distraction wasn’t helping. I was looking for a new habit. A good habit.
The humble goal of reading 52 books in 52 weeks was born.
